In today’s business environment employee engagement is most popular and decisive function of Human Resource n enhance the individual’s and organization’s performance. Employee engagement is the level of emotional ahrdcommitment and involvement of employee towards organizational goals. Engaged employees will contribute their time and efforts for organization success. Every organization offers engagement practices like better nature of the job, better communication, work life balance, good working environment, opportunities for career development, recognition and rewards, better opportunities for learning, health and safety and employee welfare. The researcher had collected the data from the employees in different departments at L & T InfoTech in order to exhibit the key drivers of employee engagement which are provided by L & T InfoTech to engage their employees. Researcher collected data from 80 respondents and after using statistical tools for analysis founded four key drivers including 24 variables.
